Michael and Alice Norris

Mike and Alice Norris, dedicated advocates for education, parented three Oregon City High School graduates, and proudly attended college graduations for each.

A family physician, Dr. Norris practiced for 35 years at the Oregon City Family Practice Clinic. In retirement, Mike helped found the Clackamas Volunteers in Medicine free clinic and serves as its Medical Director. He follows his love of history while leading the Clackamas County Historical Society.

A former teacher, Alice served seven years on the Oregon City School Board. After stints heading the Oregon Trail Pageant, Willamette Falls Hospital Foundation, Clackamas Repertory Theatre and other organizations, Alice helped promote community revitalization during her eight years as Mayor of Oregon City. She continues to support education as a member of the CCC Foundation Board.

The Norris family is pleased to be able to offer an endowed scholarship at Clackamas Community College to assist a deserving student from Oregon City School District to achieve educational success.
