Kurt Walter Van Doren Memorial Scholarship

Purpose: The Kurt Walter Van Doren Memorial Scholarship was established in memory of Kurt’s incredible passion and love of instrumental music. Kurt was an appreciator of jazz music and keenly interested in technical music skills as well. The Music Department at CCC is proud that Kurt’s love of music will continue on through this scholarship.

Requirements:
Applicants must:
- Jazz program students are preferred
- Have and maintain a 2.0 GPA
- Take 6 or more credits per term.
