Below is some information on locked accounts, logins & new password resetting. Hope that is helpful, let us know if you have any other questions ! We will be hosting some scholarship application workshops, please see attached for more information. This will give you a good understanding of the process to get your application submitted.
Login & User Name:
To log into the scholarship application, you will use your myClackamas login credentials (student email and password). Your login is the first part of your myClackamas email address, do not include the @student.clackamas.edu.
For example: The email firstname.lastname@example.org would have user name summer.spring for the login name. Then, use the same password that you use to log into your myClackamas account.
If you have forgotten your myClackamas password, please go through the steps of resetting your password first. Once you’ve successfully logged in, try to log into the scholarship portal again. If you need assistance resetting your myClackamas password, please email the Registration Office at email@example.com.
The account will be locked for a period of time and you can log back in after a few hours.

I have not received an invitation email: If you are serving as a Reference or Reviewer and have not received your invitation email, enter your email address below and click Recover Password. You will receive an email instructing you on how to set a new password.
I cannot remember my password: If you have forgotten your password, enter your email below and click Recover Password. You will receive an email with instructions on how to recover your password.
